The Dubai Criminal Court of First Instance sentenced a Pakistani driver to six months in jail for sexually molesting a woman in the International City.
MM, 22, was ordered deportated after severing his jail term, and was referred to the Misdemeanours Court for consuming alcohol.
The convict confessed to sexually touching a woman and consuming alcohol.
According to the records, last April 2, AJ, 20, Filipina, cashier was walking to her apartment after finishing her shift at work. She testified that she saw two men walking in the opposite direction.
When they passed, one of them, MM, stretched out his hand and touched the woman’s groin, she testified.
MM confessed to the accusation during investigations.
